Data & Review Removal Requests

1. Purpose of this page

This page explains how individuals may request the review, correction, restriction, or removal of data or community feedback that may concern them on Veri-Date.

2. Review removal requests

If you believe that community feedback concerning you violates our Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, or Moderation Policy, you may request a review by contacting privacy@veri-date.app.

3. Data access and deletion requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, or objection to processing.

4. Information to include

To help us process your request, please include the email address or phone number concerned, the type of request, a short explanation, and any relevant context. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents unless requested.

5. Identity and abuse prevention

Veri-Date may request additional information where necessary to verify the legitimacy of a request and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or malicious removal requests.

6. Moderation review

Removal requests are reviewed in light of privacy, safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform integrity, and community protection. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee removal.

7. Retention of limited records

Some moderation, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records may be retained where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal rights.
