Moderation Policy
How Veri-Date reviews, restricts, and removes community feedback that may violate platform rules.
Last updated: May 2026
1. Purpose of moderation
Veri-Date moderates community feedback to reduce abuse, protect user privacy, enforce platform rules, and maintain the integrity of the platform.
2. Community feedback review
Submitted community feedback may be reviewed automatically, manually, or after a user report. Veri-Date may evaluate whether feedback appears privacy-safe, respectful, experience-based, and compliant with platform rules.
3. Removal criteria
Community feedback may be restricted or removed if it contains harassment, threats, personal information, doxxing, illegal material, spam, fabricated claims, defamatory content, impersonation, blackmail, extortion, hate speech, or violations of the Community Guidelines.
4. Privacy and identifying information
Feedback must not expose names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, identity documents, exact locations, workplace details, or other personally identifying information. Content containing such information may be removed or restricted.
5. User reports
Community members may report reviews or feedback for moderator evaluation. Reports may contribute to moderation decisions, but reporting content does not automatically guarantee removal.
6. Moderation actions
Veri-Date may take actions including content removal, content restriction, visibility changes, warnings, temporary account restrictions, account suspension, permanent bans, or other measures necessary to protect the platform and its users.
7. Account actions
Veri-Date may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts involved in abuse, repeated violations, fabricated feedback, coordinated reporting, platform manipulation, malicious activity, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass moderation systems.
8. Appeals and review requests
Users may contact Veri-Date if they believe moderation action was taken in error. Veri-Date may review such requests at its discretion, but is not required to reinstate content or accounts that violate platform rules.
9. Audit logs
Administrative moderation actions may be logged internally for security, accountability, abuse prevention, compliance, and platform integrity purposes.
10. No guarantee of review
Veri-Date aims to enforce its rules consistently, but does not guarantee that all harmful, inaccurate, or rule-breaking content will be detected immediately. Users should report content they believe violates platform rules.
11. No safety guarantee
Veri-Date provides community feedback and trust-related indicators only. Moderation does not guarantee identity, safety, accuracy, future behavior, or the completeness of any information.
