1. Respectful participation
Users must contribute respectfully and must not use Veri-Trust to harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, defame, discriminate against, or intentionally harm another person.
2. Privacy-safe feedback
Feedback must not include names, addresses, social media profiles, phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents, workplace details, exact locations, photos, or any other personally identifying information. Users must not attempt to identify, expose, or link a protected identifier to a real-world identity through community feedback.
3. Honest, first-hand, and good-faith contributions
Contributions must describe the user’s own genuine experience and be submitted in good faith. Users must not submit fabricated, misleading, manipulated, retaliatory, fraudulent, paid, automated, or coordinated content. Contributions intended to create a universal label, distort the available context, or target another person may be restricted, removed, or investigated.
4. Prohibited content
Veri-Trust prohibits threats, blackmail, extortion, hate speech, impersonation, spam, illegal content, sexual exploitation, doxxing, revenge content, disclosure of private personal information, and coordinated abuse.
5. Facts, feelings, and responsible wording
Users should distinguish observable events from personal feelings, opinions, and interpretations. Contributions must focus on a specific interaction and must not label, diagnose, dehumanise, or claim to define another person. Avoid speculation about motives, unsupported allegations, insults, offensive language, and unnecessary personal details.
6. Reporting content
Users may report feedback that appears to violate these Community Guidelines. Reports may be reviewed by moderators, but reporting content does not automatically guarantee removal.
7. Moderation and enforcement
Veri-Trust may review, restrict, edit visibility, or remove content that violates platform rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, permanent account bans, or other account-level actions.
8. Context, personal judgment, and safety
Community experiences provide context, not a verdict. Different people may have different experiences with the same person. Veri-Trust does not guarantee identity, safety, accuracy, future behaviour, or completeness and does not provide a recommendation, certification, background check, or safety clearance. Users must rely on their own judgment, boundaries, values, intuition, independent checks, and precautions appropriate to the interaction.
