User-generated community feedback remains subject to the rights granted to Veri-Trust under the Terms of Service for operating, displaying, moderating, securing, and improving the platform.

Veri-Trust is a privacy-first community trust and safety platform.

It allows users to search for and contribute anonymized or pseudonymized community feedback linked to protected email addresses or telephone numbers.

Veri-Trust is not a background-check service, identity certification service, private investigation service, dating platform, escort platform, marketplace, or law-enforcement service.

Community feedback, ratings, reliability indicators, reports, alerts, and trust scores are provided for informational and community-awareness purposes only.

They do not constitute a guarantee of identity, safety, legality, reliability, future conduct, professional competence, or absence of risk.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions, verifications, precautions, and interactions.

Collier Consulting Company SARL acts as the data controller for the personal data processed through Veri-Trust, except where a service provider acts as an independent controller.

Information concerning the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers, safeguards, and user rights is provided in the Privacy Policy and GDPR Information pages.

Community feedback is generated by users and may be subject to automated and manual moderation.

Veri-Trust may restrict, remove, investigate, or retain content and related records where necessary to protect privacy, safety, platform integrity, legal rights, or compliance with applicable laws.

The report should contain sufficient information to identify the relevant content, explain the reason for the report, and allow Veri-Trust to assess the request.

Submitting a report does not automatically result in removal. Each request may be reviewed according to the applicable legal and moderation framework.

Mandatory consumer protection, data protection, and jurisdiction rules applicable in the user’s country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
